Ken was shipped to Dr. Clinton N. Woosley's lab at the University of Wisconsin for a terminal experiment on February 7, 1956. Ken was almost 17 when he was shipped off.

Also Known: Ken was separated from Soda at birth and was in the first group of chimpanzees to be used in the Infant Studies Program. In 1948, Ken was lobotomized with another chimp named Mars. Records indicate that after the terminal experimentation at Wisconsin, Ken's brain was to go to Dr. Karl Pribram.
